Regi Vadiyalu
(also known as Elantha Vadai in Tamil or Jujube Vada in English) is a highly popular, traditional South Indian sun-dried snack. It is made by crushing ripe jujube fruits (Regi Pandlu/Ber) and blending them with jaggery, chillies, cumin, and salt. This creates a nostalgic, chewy treat known for its distinct balance of sweet, sour, tangy, and spicy flavours.
