Returns
Due to the nature of food and consumable products, returns are not accepted once the items are sold or delivered. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all customers.
However, returns may be considered only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged at the time of purchase or delivery
- The product is incorrect or does not match the order placed
Any such issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of purchase or delivery, along with clear proof such as photos or videos.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for approved return cases. Once the issue is verified, refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment or an alternative method as mutually agreed. Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to be completed.
Exchange Policy
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability and customer preference.
